DARA Europe guarantees that all donations to the foundation will fully benefit the projects, programs, and facilities of the Stellar Child Care Organization (SCCO) in Andong. We ensure transparency and accountability through our annual reports, policy plans and other public documentation. (Dutch only, sorry!)
