Relaxed slow yoga outdoor classes taught by certified yoga teacher Simone Elting in a beautiful garden in Roswinkel. All proceeds are for DARA Europe<\/a>,<\/a> a Dutch foundation dedicated to children and their families in Cambodia. <\/p> \n\r\n

<\/p>\r\n \n

For this unique outdoor yoga class(es), you have three choices;<\/p> \n \n

Morning program – 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – \u20ac20.00<\/h5> \n\r\n
    \n
  • 10.00 walk-in<\/li> \n\r\n\r\n \n
  • 10.15 coffee & tea + healthy snack and explanation of DARA Europe<\/li> \n\r\n\r\n \n
  • 10:45 – 12:00 slow yoga<\/li> \n\r\n\r\n \n
  • 12.30 conclusion<\/li> \n<\/ul>\r\n \n
    Afternoon program – 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. – \u20ac20.00<\/h5> \n\r\n
      \n
    • 1:30 p.m. walk-in<\/li> \n\r\n\r\n \n
    • 2:00 – 3:15 p.m. slow yoga with a touch of yin<\/li> \n\r\n\r\n \n
    • 15.30 Fresh smoothie and explanation of DARA Europe<\/li> \n\r\n\r\n \n
    • 16.00 conclusion<\/li> \n<\/ul>\r\n \n
      Full day – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – \u20ac35.00<\/h5> \n \n

      If attending all day, a delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided. At the Wellness Day, you have the choice of attending two yoga classes or using a wood-fired sauna and cooling off in a pool. <\/p> \n \n

      • Attendance throughout the wellness day: bath linens, (multiple) towels, slippers<\/li> \n<\/ul>\r\n \n

        During this day, you can buy various gift items made from recycled materials, such as bags, flag lines and pencil cases. These products are made by mothers from Andong and all sales proceeds go to DARA Europe. <\/p> \n \n
